gamescom 2013: Killer Instinct on Xbox One comes in two different bundles

Microsoft and Rare have announced that Killer Instinct will come in two different bundles.

The Combo Breaker bundle comes with six launch characters, all stages and a training mode - $19.99
The Ultra Combo pack comes with six launch characters, two post launch characters, more stages and even more character accessory packs and costumes, oh and the original Killer Instinct game. This bundle costs $39.99.

Fighters will still be available to purchase individually, and Rare are planning previous fan favourites and new characters are planned to join the list over time.

Killer Instinct is planned to release on the Xbox One launch.

This game is going to flop hard. Which is a shame because a good fighter can get a decent following.

Well there is some really dodgey logic in that statement Combo Breaker Bundle comes with all stages The ultra combo pack comes with more stages how can it come with more if the cheaper bundle has all?

They're obviously trying a new way of selling games here and I really hope it doesn't catch on. Season passes and games with locked content until you pay are bad enough, this is just getting silly.
