Sony considering PS Vita TV for West

Sony is considering releasing PS Vita TV in the West after stronger than expected interest.

Speaking in a roundtable interview today, Sony Japan exec Masayasu Ito told Eurogamer that the response had been "strong... more than we expected".

"Of course we are thinking of launching it in the US and Europe. But when it comes to the timing, we'll have to watch the environment and identify what other services are available in the US and Europe and whether we'll have to add other services.

"We'll have to look at all of this before deciding on a launch in Europe and the United States," he concluded.

Would you like to see PS Vita TV launch in the UK and Europe?

I pretty sure a lot of ppl want to see PS Vita TV in the West, since some gamers want to play exclusive Vita titles, but they don't want to play on a Handheld

Only if it's a lot cheaper than buying a Vita, there's a few games I wouldn't mind trying, but not enough to justify the cost of a Vita, if it's half that though it might just be worth it.

This is good news but i enjoy my vita a lot & the new games coming soon to it look so fun. I tho i will most likely import the ones that wont come to the west but I don't mind to much about that, anyways ps vita tv looks good. I would use it for a few of my games but not all but lets see if sony will at least give it an chance in the west.
