Donkey Kong delayed, other games dated by Nintendo

Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze has been delayed until February 2014, Nintendo have revealed.

The title was originally expected to release this November along with The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds and Super Mario 3D World, however Nintendo has stated that the game needs more time in development, so that seems as good a reason as any.

Luckily for Nintendo fans there is still plenty to look forward too such as The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker HD which is released this week, while Sonic: Lost World (October 18); Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney – Dual Destinies (October 24 | 3DS); Wii Party U (October 25); Mario & Sonic at the Sochi 2014 Olympic Winter Games (November 5); Super Mario 3D World (November 29) and Braverly Default (December 6 | 3DS) are still to come before the end of the year.

Sounds like an expensive few months for Nintendo fans, don't you think?

Here's a few trailers to get you in the mood.

Bit gutted about DK, but Mario 3D World id really looking better and better, anybody who still thinks it looks like a 3DS game wants their head testing.
