Guerrilla reveals Killzone Shadow Fall campaign will last 10 hours

Guerrilla Games have took to the PS Blog to reveal further details regarding Killzone Shadow Fall, including the campaign's length and details on future expansions.

Speaking on the blog, Director Steven Ter Heide revealed that the campaign will last well over 10 hours for most gamers, while also adding that although there is no co-op mode, one will be added via DLC a bit later down the line.

"No the campaign will not have a co-op mode. However, we’re planning to release a separate Online Co-op Expansion Pack after launch; it will add a new wave-based game mode, in which up to four players take on hordes of enemies in special arena maps."

In addition to the above, Heide also revealed that multiplayer will be "running with dedicated servers" to handle the transfer of data between clients.

!0 hours isn't that great, and patching in a horde mode later is nothing to shout about.

10 hours is a decent length for a shooter in my opinion. And a horde mode always makes me interested i prefer horde modes than competitive multiplayer. Cant wait to see my red eyed friends again!

Sounds good to me!!! for a fps that's perfect. Doesn't need to be any longer to be fair

10 hours is fine, lasts a long time really, especially for a game with such a good multiplayer too. Horde mode'll add extra gameplay time with your mates too. Me and my room-mate'll destroy that out.

10 hours for the game such as Killzone where it's multiplayer is its main focus is very good. The Last of Us doesn't last much longer than that on Survivor+. You can cram a lot in a 10 hour FPS game
