Due to the recent release of Xbox One and PlayStation 4, combined with the busy Christmas period, we are currently receiving an extremely high volume of support calls and tickets.

We are trying to prioritise and help our customers in most need or urgent assistance, so before contacting us please read the following information as you might be able to find an immediate answer to your question here:

• Xbox One and PlayStation 4 Pre-Orders

If you have an Xbox One or PlayStation 4 on pre-order, and pre-ordered before 4/12/13, it is guaranteed for delivery before Christmas. Unfortunately we cannot provide an extra dispatch/delivery date but we will contact you once your pre-order has been processed.

Has any one else been having trouble with orders , i placed a order on fri at 1200pm but still says processeing on a 5min dispatch item and customer service was missing a game from my ps4 parcel and have raised tickets and phoned up but still waiting for my item to turn up this is what you get for preordering

I've placed mine about 7 months ago, and still nothing. So, you're lucky one, having your pre-order "processing".

The customer service on here is beyond awful. Its a busy period it says on the banner /headline here .Well do what everyone else does HIRE TEMPORARY STAFF.Not answering to tickets etc or tading 3 days like mine is unacceptable

I ordered halo 4 game of the year edition Fri under 5 min dispatch, my card was charged instantly but order still says order pending 38 hours later. Still waiting for reply drink shopto. And my marvel lego game I ordered wed at 4pm has still not arrived, has anyone else had the same problems? It seems the shopto staff have vanished

yeah MRG ordered a ps plus membership fri at 1.00pm and its still processing and was missing a game from my ps4 parcel from over 2weeks ago now customer services are not very helpful be taking my custom else where till its sorted out been a loyal customer for years with no trouble until now
