Nintendo apologises for lack of Nintendo TVii in Europe

Nintendo has apologised for not releasing Nintendo TVii in Europe sooner than it had planned.

Posting on the official Nintendo site, the entertainment giant wrote, "We would like to apologise that we were unable to bring the Nintendo TVii service to Europe in 2013 as originally planned.

"Please continue to keep an eye out for further announcements regarding this service in the near future."

TVii works with your existing TV channels and any streaming subscriptions you may have. When it eventually arrives you'll be able to use the gamepad to control what you watch and if you wish, even watch TV on the Gamepad itself.

Are you looking forward to Nintendo TVii or do you have enough devices to watch TV on already.

From what I've seen in videos, the Nintendo TVii service does look really good. Though it would have been nice if Nintendo announced what quarter they plan to release the service in! Or at least were honest about the service as clearly they're running into issues with it.
