Latest Charts, w/e Feb 2: Tomb Raider climbs to top

This week's latest charts are in, showing Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition as the number one game in the UK game charts.

According to UKIE, Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition was the UK’s fourth-biggest 'week one' seller to date, which is no doubt down to the fact that people are desperate for next generation titles. This all seems to bode well for Plants vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare, Titanfall and inFamous Second Son, all of which launch soon.

On a different note, sales of Tomb Raider saw 61 percent go to PS4, while the Xbox One version sold 31 percent. An impressive turn around for Sony, and perhaps a sign of things to come?

Here's the charts.

UK Gaming Charts (All Formats) w/e February 2
  1. Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition
  2. FIFA 14
  3. Call of Duty: Ghosts
  4. Battlefield 4
  5. LEGO Marvel Superheroes
  6. Assassin’s Creed 4: Black Flag
  7. Minecraft: Xbox 360 Edition
  8. GTA 5

nehs's avatar “ I think the sales on the ps4 version had to do with PS4 version runs at 60 fps most of the time while the Xbox One version runs at 30 fps most of the time. and then you have the fact you can run it to your vita.i was going to get it on xbox one at 1st but was put off when i heard about it only running at 30fsp. I hope mircosoft make the other games to come out run the same fps as the ps4 or this might happen again . ” ” Rant over :0
