Pro Evolution Soccer 2015 will look at the needs of Europeans

Pro Evolution Soccer 2015 is being developed in conjunction with a UK company, it has been revealed.

Speaking with MCV, Konami European executive Shinji Hirano said "I can’t say certain things about PES 2015, but we are ready to make a comeback.

“I cannot give details on exactly what we are doing with the UK studio, but they are working on the next project and looking at the needs of the European people. It’s about globalising the franchise, so it is not just being developed by Japanese people.

"We know what’s been going wrong with PES, we are working on that. The next version is totally changed. 2014 is a transitional year for the franchise, so expect big things."

Are you excited to see how working with a UK company will change the franchise for the better? We can't wait to see what this will bring to the table.

We need full licensing

Personally i'd argue that the core gameplay of PES is far better than FIFA it's just the dept of the game modes and the obvious licensing issue which lets PES down every year.

Played both PES and FIFA on the PS3 for about an hour and though PES played better but the licencing is a big problem

PES 2014 is better than FIFA in a lot of ways, the graphics on PS3 are better than FIFA's on PS4 for a start. It's just crippled by slowdown, catch-up and awful shooting. You can tell it's engine is built for PS4/Xbox One so I'm really excited to see how it develops on PS4. Licensing isn't a huge issue as long as they let you use edited kits online like in 2013. Lots of FIFA's kits still look awful, especially the player names.

Konami..... I have a WII U and yeah I missed out on the latest football game no pes 14 or fifa 14. If you want to make a come back then please release it on the wii u aswell as it should sell pretty well as EA are hating on Nintendo at the moment.
