Titanfall delayed on Xbox 360 by two weeks

Respawn's Titanfall has been delayed on Xbox 360 until March 28.

Apparently the delay is in "To give [developers Bluepoint] the time they need to put the finishing touches on the current-gen version of the game," although the more cynical amongst us could very well think that it's because Microsoft would prefer people to buy the Xbox One version instead.

From what we head Bluepoint are doing a fine job on the Xbox 360 version, so much so, that it's almost looking as good as the Xbox One version. Although that could all be hearsay. In any case, EA’s Patrick Soderland said in a statement. “The extra two weeks will ensure the full world of Xbox gamers has an awesome experience."

So if the above is true, everyone wins anyway.

Sounds more down the lines of Sinister to me and not more time for developers to get the 360 version on par with the Xbox One. This is to encourage sales of the Xbox One,no doubt in my mind as any avid gamer that wants this will not be happy with waiting 2 weeks longer and would more than likely prefer the new generation version anyway

Suppose this decision is to make people buy an X1, who on earth would pay $499/£429 to save two weeks of waiting? People with plenty of money, yes, but chances are those people already have an X1 anyway...
