ShopTo: Website features update

We are constantly striving to improve our website and our service to you. In this respect, yesterday we introduced a newly updated customer review section, which allows you to provide greater detail on how you feel about your purchased game.

The customer review section allows you to rate your game based on seven sections: Story, Gameplay, Graphics, Audio, Single Player, Multiplayer and Longevity. During this review process you are also able to recommend the product (or not) and you can also leave your own review to let others know how you feel about the game overall.

We think it's very important to give our users a voice and feel that by being able to review a product you have purchased this is both the perfect way to vent your feelings and help others, who may be considering the game, at the same time.

So please feel free to leave a review of any product you have purchased in the past and for those you purchase in the future as we'd love to know what you think and we're sure others will too.

In addition to the above, soon we'll be updating the site so that you can change your avatar, as well as adding further, exciting features. We will of course update you as and when these changes happen.

Thanks

The ShopTo Team

Hmm just tested it out, it is cool. But feel like you should be able to write a lot more rather than being restricted on the character limit. Not good if you want to leave a in depth review for people to read. I mean you can't really write much at all, you can't even touch on all the topics you rate it on. Also would be good if you could leave a field empty or mark as N/A so it doesn't effect the score. For example I just reviewed AC4 for PS4. I have never played Multiplayer on it, nor do I even know if it has multiplayer because I never play AC Multiplayer. I couldn't leave it as empty so I marked it with one, but that made the rating drop to 3.9 because of that. So would be good to be able to mark a field as N/A if it doesn't apply to you or the game doesn't have that specific feature just so it doesn't adjust the score unfairly. Just some suggestions. Also I'd switch the thumbs around, you have the 'thumbs down' first on the left and the 'thumbs up' on the right. Personally it feels and looks better they were the other way around. I think... Nice work ShopTo.

Well that sucks. You only get a set number of characters, no way can you leave a in-depth review like that

I agree with everything Kuzz says. It is a good idea but it needs a bit more polish.

Also the fact that all the previous reviews are gone annoys me. Sure there was a load of rubbish but there were some great reviews like all of J.D's reviews and like him or hate him (You know who you are) Troublemakers Spec Ops review
