Microsoft hoping to sell 100,000 Xbox One's in China

It's being reported that Microsoft expects to sell 100,000 units in China when it launches this July.

The news comes from BesTV, the Chinese media company that Microsoft has partnered with in order to release the console in the country.

According to an earnings call, as reported by GI.Biz, the company will produce a variety of content specifically for the Chinese market as well as offering Xbox One games cheaper than in more established markets, at around 300 RMB ($48).

Both Sony and Nintendo will also release consoles in China, although it seems like Microsoft is hoping to be first out of the blocks.
