From what I've been reading sales of the more popular consoles in Japan are slowing down, I'll be amazed if Xbox One sells a 1000 by Christmas lol

"Cave"? Do they even still exist? Thought they shut up shop last year. But yeah... MS are wasting their time launching in Japan... even if the console market there wasn't dying a slow death, the Xbox brand has always been extremely unpopular in the country. That piss poor launch line up certainly won't help it's chances any either.

NIS on a platform other than PlayStation seems a bit weird to me. Also that From Software listing is pretty much confirming Dark Souls 2 for the Xbone

Kevin it was some of the key staff that left last year and I think the shutting down was to do with Cave forums (or something)

Hmmm... was sure they'd shut. Ah well. As to NIS, they've never been PS platform exclusive, that's just where the money is for them. They released games on Wii and DS as well, but those all did poorly iirc. Think this'll be a first for them on Xbox though.

They released one game on the X360 in Japan as far as I know and that was Cross Edge
