The latest PlayStation 4 firmware, version 1.7, has not yet been dated, however Sony continues to show off its features, with the latest being the following trailer for ShareFactory, a new tool which gives players control captured videos.
As you can see in the video, you are able to add in your video clips of yourself over the main video in any position, you can add in commentary, stickers, your own music and more. It's looks pretty great to be fair.
"I am the Sr. Producer on the SHAREfactory team and we thought it would be really cool to show off a project that was edited in our offices that show off a number of features in the application," said senior producer Stuart Platt via YouTube. "We are really excited to see what PlayStation fans will create and share once SHAREfactory is released. We hope you like it!”
Gamers will be able to import their own music to SHAREfactory using a USB device and can also export the finished videos to USB, allowing them to be uploaded to YouTube and other services which currently don't have a dedicated App on the PS4.
