Take Two registers 'City Stories' trademark

There is a rumour going around that Rockstar could be working on a new handheld GTA, although it may not be that exciting.

Last night a trademark filing by Take-Two, the parent company of Rockstar, was discovered, showing something known as "City Stories".

Given that the listing covers both "computer and video game programs and software" and "entertainment services, namely, providing online games" and that usually, the City Stories name is related to handheld games such as GTA: Vice City Stories and GTA: Liberty City Stories, you can maybe see why people would get excited.

However, it's also possible that the name could relate to the upcoming DLC for GTA 5 or, perhaps even more likely, that Take-Two is just securing rights of the name for safekeeping.

Would you like to see a new GTA for handhelds? Should Rockstar release a GTA game for Vita? It would certainly spark some sales, don't you think?

A GTA on the Vita would be nice, maybe tie it into GTA 5 or online somehow.

If it is a handheld one I would want it to be a top down one. Though I think it will be more likely to be DLC for GTA V

Would be nice to get a GTA on Vita, but even though Rockstar said they were making a Vita game back when the console first released, I think it's more than likely been shitcanned at this point and this is just a mobile port of the two PSP games.
