Rainbow Six: Siege announced


Ubisoft just ended their E3 2014 press conference with the announcement of Rainbow Six: Siege coming to PS4, Xbox One and PC in 2015.

Guess Patriots got shitcanned... probably for the best. This is gonna feel a bit too 'me too!' following Hardline for it's own good though. Shame, it does look nice though.

I reckon Patriots has gone too which is a shame. If it's pretty much finished they should release it though at a discounted price and just tie it up a bit at the end

Most news outlets were saying in the early hours that Patriots has been canned, which stands to reason. Can't see them developing two titles in the same series simultaneously (unlike with a certain very famous IP lol). Still, I don't see it as that massive a loss. Siege looks like it has a lot of potential. Although it might seem, to a degree, that they're now just following Hardline's example.

Did they not say that a while ago they went back to the drawing board because Patriots was not quite working. I wouldn't say to was following in Hardlines steps they look completely different. I like how its on a smaller scale with smaller teams it makes it more interesting I also like the one life system in games.

Rainbow six > Battlefield. as much as i love BF, R6 has a special place for me, this'll be on preorder as soon as it is in store

Meh, there's not been a really good R6 since Black Arrow, Lockdown was shit and the two Vegas games were just meh.
