EVOLVE delayed until February 2015

Previously on track for October, Turtle Rock's new cooperative shooter EVOLVE has been delayed until February 2015.

The news came from publisher Take Two as they announced their latest financial report.

Previously, it was slated to come out on 21st October and this news makes Colin sad.

2014 the year of the delay continues. The list of games I want to get this year gets shorter and shorter.

The list of NEW games get shorter as they get delayed and take longer to develop, but remasters are less prone to delays and quicker to release so the remasters list gets bigger and bigger.

Wonder if it's a strategic decision, so it doesn't get lost in the crowd, or they've decided it's a bit bare bones for a full retail release, and are adding stuff to it.

But thats knocking it into other stuff such as the Order and the Witcher and possibly Battlefield and Batman.

Still less crowded than October.

I'm sure it won't be the last delay we get for this year either. My money is on Dragon Age next. "But thats knocking it into other stuff such as the Order and the Witcher and possibly Battlefield and Batman." - And maybe Bloodborne as well. It could still get buried in that window just as easily, you're right.

Dont mind it being delayed till then as there are no other multiplayer shooters out at that point that I will be buying so far. Doubt Dragon Age will get another delay if it was they would have just put it straight into next year after the first delay.
