Microsoft to sell 500GB hard drive for newer Xbox 360 models

Looking for a new hard drive for your Xbox 360? Well, Microsoft will soon launch a 500GB hard drive for its Xbox 360 Slim and the newer "E" models.

The storage upgrade costs around $109 (£66) in the U.S, although Microsoft has yet to reveal the cost for the UK.

Both the Xbox 360 Slim and the newer Xbox One-inspired Xbox 360 E models came with a 250GB drive, so this is the first time that you'll be able to double that space. Handy if you're running out of room.

Absurd pricing even before the usual UK price hike is applied(Most likely that'll push the price here to closer to £80). I bought a 1TB HDD for my PS3 back in 2012 for less than £40.
