Sony bringing 10 games to Eurogamer Expo 2014

Are you heading to EGX this year? Then you'll be pleased to know that Sony is taking 10 games to the show.

The highly anticipated Bloodborne will be there and it'll be joined by DriveClub, The Order: 1886, Until Dawn, Big Fest, SingStar, InFamous First Light, LittleBigPlanet 3, The Last of Us: Remastered and Minecraft.

Microsoft is also attending, bringing titles such as Forza Horizon 2, Fable Legends, Sunset Overdrive and Halo: The Master Chief Collection.

Of course other titles such as Battlefield Hardline, Project Cars and more will be there too. Here's the full list.

On this note. How do you feel about Eurogamer Expo? I loved it when it first started, but like anything that becomes a success, word has spread and last year for me was just far too busy. The queues to play anything were far too long, while even getting in the door was a big hassle.

With technology as it is, surely there must be a way to avoid people queuing and still allow them their turn to play? Maybe there's an invention in there somewhere (writes in notebook).

Going for the first time this year, hoping it's going to be good. Recommendations for a good time to arrive? Going on the Saturday with the early entry ticket which I think is only 1 hour before everyone else?

"With technology as it is, surely there must be a way to avoid people queuing and still allow them their turn to play? Maybe there's an invention in there somewhere (writes in notebook)." There is. And that could be giving people a download code for the demo to try at home for a hours worth of play. I honestly still don't understand why they don't release stage demos for players to play on the store for paying members (aka, those on PSPlus) or heck, even make it an extra thing that you pay an extra 50p for each month to play all the latest demos for ALL games releasing on the platform. I like to try before I buy, trying before preorder is even better. Definitely if you see the game get better through each demo you play. I just simply don't get why they haven't tried anything like this. Hopefully there are some good videos released for Eurogamer.

Seems to have come round really quickly this year to me, doesn't seem that long ago since the last one. I won't be going, my days of queueing up for hours to play a game for 5 minutes are long gone. The list of games seems a little lacking too, nothing there that I would queue for hours for if I were able.
