Toybox Turbos arrives this week

Codemasters has announced that it's homage to Micro Machines - Toybox Turbos, is available now for Windows PC from Steam, and from the online store for PS3, and will launch this week on the Xbox Games Store for the Xbox 360 from Microsoft on 14th November, priced at £11.99

To mark the game’s launch, Codemasters has produced a video showcasing Toybox Turbos’ miniature motors in action and revealing the game’s top-down camera option, perfect for retro racing fun.

"Busses leap off slices of cake, London taxis leap over cereal boxes and trucks use bonnet-mounted giant hammers to take out rivals as the trailer shows off some of the game’s 18 nostalgic childhood locations, including a science lab, breakfast table, pool table and more."

Codemasters also announced that a free Oculus Rift update will be available in December 2014 for the Windows PC edition of the game.

Check out the launch video below. If only we could have this for PS4 and Xbox One too, it looks a lot of fun.

It's got to be a matter of time before this comes to XB1 and PS4, maybe they're being clever releasing it on the old gen first as many people will probably pay for it again when they release it on current gen. This game is also crying out for the cross-play treatment so hopefully it'll come to Vita too :)
