Latest Assassin's Creed: Unity patch detailed

Ubisoft is working on a third patch for Assassin's Creed: Unity in which it is fixing a whole bunch of bugs.

Here's what'll change:

Gameplay: this includes bugs like Arno getting stuck on certain areas of the map (including a few more hay carts), problems with getting into/out of cover, character animation bugs, and general camera problems

AI & Crowd: in this category are problems with NPC animations, crowd events, and crowd stations, NPC navigation issues, as well as bugs related to NPCs detecting Arno's activities in various situations

Matchmaking & Connectivity: this covers a number of issues related to co-op play, including bugs with joining games in-progress and problems that happen during host migration

Menus & HUD: fixes in this category will address missing details in certain menus, problems with some of the mission objective and co-op update pop-ups, localization inconsistencies, as well as some of the issues with menus and pop-ups overlapping each other

General Stability: this includes fixes for a number of crash situations we've identified in both campaign and co-op modes.

The game's second patch was released on Friday for PC and PlayStation 4 and included fixes for players falling through the floor and game crashes when joining co-op sessions.

We expect the third patch will be released soon.

been fine for me apart from framerate - when you get to areas with low NPC count like the rifts or the night time the game runs perfectly - I would rather them have an option to limit the amount of people on the street - would work great then

i honestly thin AC rogue was a bad idea, too much work to do in 1 year, if they had just concentrated on Unity then it would be a different story

Why pay for the game to go through QC when people will pay £40-£60 to do it themselves?

i've found the bugs quite hillarious - people floating and climbing up imaginary walls. The best was a guy falling then slowly folding back over himself then sinking into the floor! I don't mind bugs as long as they are not game breaking. Took a while to get used tot eh new controls though - no whistle!! no idea how i'm gonna do the 'kill from hiding spot' mission :(
