there is seriously a 'best remaster' category? that's crazy. All the obviously hyped games will probably win - I've always thought it is a bit stupid allowing games that have just come out into these events - such as Pokemon Saphire/ruby, Farcry 4, Unity and Dragon age - since they all came out/come out within a few weeks how can anyone fully judge the game - especially DA as is supposedly has tonnes of content in it

I hope Valiant Heart wins the award though - that game was awesome and the ending was so sad!

Yeah best remaster category did make me groan. The other one was how FIFA was in best sports game when PES seems to be the better game by a lot of people.

I thought this was something new for a minute, then realized it's just the Spike VGA's rebranded.

I hope South Park wins something as its one of my top games of the year. Yeah Ubisoft developer of the year is funny to be fair quite hard to pick nominations for that category.

Dev of the year would be between Telltale and Ninty

Only thing Ubisoft should be winning is 'most broken game' and even then they'd have to share the award with Driveclub.

Gloria even tho Ubisoft have fucked up a little with a few games I think 343i/Microsoft should get "most broken game" with Halo MCC, its completely unplayable online so much so i haven't even bothered to try and play it since Sunday, its just a complete mess and trying to play the campaign in co op always has some problem where it just wont work and when it does it just freezes and crashes, its absolutely shit.

@Danny_936. Agreed in that when searching MP would never ever find a game/players but I haven't tried it since it got patched yesterday so you never know!

Well from what I have been told by a few people and from what i have seen on the /r/Halo on Reddit the patch seems to have cause more problems that it solved but as long as i get to play the Halo 5 beta this year i'll be fine still got about a few games that i need to buy and play this year but Halo MCC's release for me has been the most appalling, disappointing and broken launch that I know of and i'd say even more so the then BF4's failure of a launch.

Didnt realise Halo was that bad I heard it was having problems but not to the scale of that doesnt seem to be as much outrage with it as there was with Drive Club.

There has been stiff competition in the category this year.
