Dead Island 2 beta is exclusive to PS4 for 30 days

Dead Island 2's upcoming beta will be exclusive to PlayStation 4 for 30 days.

The news was confirmed by Deep Silver, which also said that after the 30 days have passed, access will then be open to qualifying Xbox One and PC players.

You'll need to purchase the Xbox 360/PS3/PC spin-off Escape Dead Island to guarantee access, although we suspect that there will be other ways too.

Dead Island 2 releases on PS4, Xbox One and PC in Spring 2015. Those purchasing on PS4 will gain access to exclusive content.

Considering I saw the Escape Dead island for £15 the other day its not surprising they are trying to bundle the beta with it so that they can try and get some money back on it.

Escape Dead Island has a lot of promise and it could have turned out like Bioshock 2 did, (Not made by the original team but way better than the original) sadly it wasn't

I liked the way it looked, I didn't even realise it was out till I saw it for that price. I disagree with the Bioshock 2 part but each to their own.
