Ready at Dawn is keen to patch a photo mode into The Order 1886.
CTO Andrea Pessino said that even though it would take "a little bit of work" to get the feature up and running, it's something that would appeal to them.
"We haven't announced anything yet, but I hope we'll get to work on something like [a Photo Mode], because I want to see it too," Pessino told DualShockers. "It would be really great.
"It's not as easy as it seems, especially in our game because there's all kinds of crazy stuff that happens behind the scenes to make it look so good, that once you freeze the camera and let the player move around, we have to be able to handle it correctly."
Photo Modes have become a popular feature amongst first party PS4 developers ever since Sucker Punch patched one into inFamous Second Son.
"It would be a little bit of work," added Pessino, "but it's something that, if we manage to do, I think it would be really spectacular and add a lot to the game."
The Order: 1886 launches on PS4 this Friday. Look out for our review on Thursday.
