Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD Remaster coming this May to PS4

Square Enix today announced that Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD Remaster will be available on Sony’s PlayStation 4 from 15th May 2015, available as a download or boxed version, priced at £39.99 / €49.99. Pre-ordering the boxed version will see you receive a limited edition version including a special steelbook with artwork by legendary artist Yoshitaka Amano.

Here's some details about what is new to PlayStation 4:

- Enhanced Graphics – Graphics have been raised to match the PlayStation®4 standards

- Original or Rearranged Music - Choose between the original or rearranged soundtracks from FINAL FANTASY X

· Full Cross-Save Compatibility - Transfer your save and continue your progress across your PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, and PlayStation Vita systems.

Fully expecting a PC release for this. I do want that Steelbook though so I might be tempted by this

@megabug From the way I read the PR all pre-order versions come with the steelbook, so if you pre-order the above I think that may get you the steelbook, though I will double check.

@Joe Anderson Thank you for your reply, that's good to know :) I've pre-ordered this version to be safe, and hopefully ShopTo will allow the pre-order to be upgraded to the Steelbook edition (like they did with other games in the past).
