Nice try but not thanks not when it locks/ties you into the pre order.

After the problems that people had with Destiny I doubt anyone who is not sold on the game but are interested in the Beta will pre-order here

Which problem/s with Destiny? Are you on about Destinys beta or the full game or what?

I assume he means with people being locked into preorders when the different versions are announced they then can not change to them. Especially if there is an exclusive version to another retailer.

Oh okay. I'll end up getting the game myself but I don't know which edition or for which console and I'll simply go to who ever is the cheapest.

Normal edition for me, will hopefully persuade my brother to go half with me and get the digital version.

I usually end up getting all the DLC for Black Ops due to Zombies, Didn't really bother with DLC for other CODs. I will more then likely end up getting the standard edition and then buying the season pass separately unless there is a decent collectors edition with exclusive in game content.

If you have someone to split the licence with then going Digital on console is the way to go

I do have a few people I would trust with my account but unfortunately they are not interested in saving money or having games digitally. They are late 20s early 30s so I guess that they are just used to discs. I've given up trying to convince them, I buy my games both digitally or on disc, it simply depends on if I wanna keep it or not.

I was referring to buying the game on another console so that console has the "console licence" while you can go back to your console with the "Account licence". Do it with DLC or Digital only games

Is it? Never heard of that. Is it still a gray area method?

I have seen a couple of things where people have asked Microsoft about it and they have said they are ok with it. Works great for season passes and stuff as well.

Please describe the nature of the abuse:
