Mewtwo now available on eStore for Smash Bros

Did you miss out on Mewtwo from Super Smash Bros? Well you can now grab it from the eShop.

Mewtwo is the first DLC character for Super Smash Bros and was given for free to anyone that bought and registered both the Wii U and 3DS versions of the game.

Now it is available for anyone to buy.

So there we have it.

Oh Crap! I forgot about that offer, and to register the games. I read something about an offer beforehand, but by the time the Wii U game got released I forgot about the offer, which also got you a soundtrack CD. I just tried registering the Wii U game, and it says it has expired already so now lose out on 250 stars, which is naughty as codes are supposed to last for 3.5 years after release (http://www.nintendo.co.uk/Support/Website-and-Club-Nintendo/Product-Registration-and-Club-Nintendo/When-do-product-registration-cards-expire-/When-do-product-registration-cards-expire--245019.html) but I registered by 3DS game OK and that was released one month earlier.

Just before I posted above comment, I sent query to Nintendo support, and they replied already with new code for me - that was super efficient :)

Club Nintendo is shutting down so that's why the codes are expiring

Well, yeah the codes will expire when it shuts down, but they should not expire this soon, when it states they last 3.5 years after initial retail release, and there is nothing stating that some codes / games expire sooner. Obviously they deem it as not right otherwise they would not have given me a new code.
