It seems that 2016 is now the year of Virtual Reality as Oculus has announced that it's VR headset, the Oculus Rift, will not ship in 2015 as previously expected.
Oculus VR has said that consumer version is now not expected until 2016, putting it in line with Sony's Project Morpheus.
This consumer model will be based on the Crescent Bay prototype and will feature an improved tracking system that works with both seated and standing experiences. It will also feature a “highly refined industrial design.”
More details are expected next week, but check out the images we have above for an idea of what to expect of the look.
