SEGA reveals sales of Alien Isolation, Football Manager 2015 and more

SEGA's revealed that Alien: Isolation has managed lifetime sales of 2.11 million, while Football Manger 2015 is sitting around the 800,000 mark.

While it's hardly all that bad, there are some sites, such as Games Industry that suggest many of the copies sold could have been at a discount. But still, let's not take way the glory.

Besides, Alien: Isolation developer Creative Assembly is currently hiring for "another multiplatform AAA blockbuster", so it seems SEGA are pretty pleased with the team.

So what of the publishers other games?

Here's a run down:

- Sonic Boom Rise of Lyric (Wii U) & Sonic Boom Shattered Crystal (3DS) - 620,000
- Yakuza 0: Chikai no Basho (PS4, PS3 in Japan) - 380,000
- Persona 4: The Ultimax Ultra Suplex Hold (PS3, 360) - 280,000

SEGA is planning to release 20 games outside of Japan before the end of March 2016, although it could be that many of these are mobile or digital titles.

Overall, SEGA made a net loss of $94m.

Hopefully one of the new games will be Shenmue 3, even if it is of Dreamcast quality.

Please describe the nature of the abuse:
