Fallout 4 multiplayer was designed then scrapped

Fallout 4 may not have a multiplayer mode, however that doesn't mean the development team didn't think about one or even experiment with one.

"Believe it or not, every time we do a game we design a multiplayer mode just to see what we would do," Fallout 4 director Todd Howard told Mashable at E3 2015.

"Then we go, 'Yup, we shouldn't do that. That's an awesome idea that is way too distracting from the main thing we want to do, which is single player,'" Howard continued. "I could see ways it would work, but development-wise, they're very different experiences."

So there we have it. Would you have liked to have seen multiplayer for Fallout 4, or are you happy with just the solo experience?

would play solo anyway - People will take the pc versin apart and probably find references to the MP and will post all over that a MP is coming etc.... Would have been fun if another player could hop into the dog and control that for you
