Latest Charts, week ending November 14: Fallout 4 nukes its way to the top

This week's charts are in and Fallout 4 delivers the best ever launch week for the series while becoming the third biggest launch of 2015 so far.

Only Fifa 16 and Call of Duty: Black Ops III have sold faster this year and it seems they are still selling as Black Ops III drops to second place and FIFA 16 settles for third. Lara Croft debuts at number four with Rise of the Tomb Raider for Xbox One and Xbox 360.

Telltale Games' Minecraft Story Mode moves into fifth place, while Need for Speed is in sixth spot. Sega’s Football Manager 2016 for PC debuts in seventh, while LEGO Dimensions continues to impress in eighth spot . The remainder of the top 10 is made up of Assassin's Creed: Syndicate and Halo 5: Guardians.

Here's the full top 40.

You haven't mentioned anything in any article about XBOX ONE outselling PS4 last month in hardware sales and Sony dropped the PS4 price last month too.

wasn't that just in the US though and not in the UK? I love how the Minecraft above shows the 'ps4 version' and 'xbox one version' so you can see how well it is on each platform. I wish the other games would be separated like that, rather than just bundled together. If Minecraft was bundled it would probably be 1/2 by the looks of it - which is mental because I would have thought everyone who wants minecraft would already own if?
