Rise of the Tomb Raider and Just Cause 3 off to a "solid start," says Square

Square Enix released its financial results last night, saying that both Just Cause 3 and Rise of the Tomb Raider are off to a solid start, while also failing to give us any solid figures for the game.

It seems strange that the publisher would omit details if the games are selling well, but all it had to say was "Among the console game titles, Just Cause 3 and Rise of the Tomb Raider made a solid start."

It's thought that Rise of the Tomb Raider has sold over 1 million units since launch and with the PC version now available and the PS4 version launching later this year, it should at least gain a little more on top of that.

What do you think of these two games?

the fact Tomb raider is only £6.9 on the Windows 10 store is probably helping the sales jump - plus all the free copies they gave out with Graphic cards. I had JC3 for 10 days - bought it for 31 and sold it to CEX for 32 cash - was gonna go back and buy it when I could spare the money but it didn't click with me, it was too repetitive for me.

I really want Tomb raider but I will get it on Ps4. As for JC3..... It looks repetitive big time but it still looks fun in short bursts maybe ?
