Watch Pokemon Direct here at 3pm

Nintendo wants fans to celebrate 20 years of Pokemon with a new Pokemon Direct at 3pm this Friday.

This latest 'Direct' will contain all "the latest on Pokemon games", which likely means word on Pokken Tournament , Pokémon Red, Blue and Yellow on the 3DS Virtual Console and surely there will be a new game announcement and perhaps even some special edition 3DS consoles or something.

You'll be able to watch live below at 3pm.

Well, that was a tad dull. No real glimpses of Pokémon Moon/Sun. And did anyone else notice that Japan in the adverts was advertised as this homogenous population of Japanese whereas everywhere the 'White guy' parks his rear has been shafted with that thang called 'multiculturalism'?! And what to say about Nintendo's apparent racism?! They are bringing in 'Chinese - Simplified & - Traditional' language tracks so that most of the population of the world can join in and play? What ABOUT Hindi then?! That's a market they are missing out on because of what?! Maybe due to their non-White skin tone over-the-whole? Didn't the PM of India just take a trade trip to Russia? Wow, what a market to miss out on!

@fear - Hindi may be spoke by about 260 million people, but its only in 4 major countries (https://www.ethnologue.com/statistics/size) Chinese and English were the obvious choice and the other European languages just covers a vast amount of countries and will probably be easier due to using the alphabet and not an alternative (They will be doing Chinese from day 1 because of the number of players). Plus, looking at previous games, they have branched out to different regions shortly after release - this was just saying what's going to be available day one, which is great as we usually have to wait a few months after Japan to get hold of it - now we don't

At this point in Human history there was NO excuse to not add Hindi. Hindi is a beautiful language with a rich Pantheon including such figures as Brahman, Kali, Lakshmi, Ganesha etc. And Chinese is only spoken in China, for all I know. I'm sure India possesses a huge gamer population too. And India possesses Indians who look like Amir Khan and Urmila Matondkar ^0^ ^0^!! Besides, the Chinese Monkey God is originally influenced by Indian mythology i.e. HANUMAN ^0^ ^0^!! Pokémon in Hindi should look gorgeous ^0^; let's hope they bring it out soon ^0^ ^0^!!

yeah, but they will release it from the beginning with the biggest audience being catered for. A lot of people who speak Hindi will also have a second language, most likely English, so they can purchase it and pick any of the 9 languages on the cart (which is how I understand it) rather than waiting for a regionalised version. ORAS came out in Hindi supposedly 1 week after the initial ORAS release. so they may release it if it is a big market, they are just not putting that language in the 9 language version.
