The Division's first two paid DLC's are timed to Xbox One

Xbox One gamers will get access to The Division's first two paid DLC expansions 30 days before other platforms, although the third expansion Last Stand, will not be a timed exclusive on Xbox One.

It's likely that the first two expansions fall within the agreement with Microsoft, while the other does not, perhaps this is down to there being a certain time limit on the content.

Expansion I: Underground

Available in June, this first major expansion lets players explore the uncharted underworld of New York City. Players will chase deadly enemies with up to three other Agents through an endless maze of tunnels and subways.

Expansion II: Survival

Available this summer, this expansion will challenge players to survive as long as possible by gathering essential supplies in a very hostile environment.

Expansion III: Last Stand

Next winter, a new threat rises as players and their squad must prepare to defend against a relentless foe.

All free DLC will appear on all consoles at the same time.

Timed exclusive DLC is a bitch, but timed exclusive DLC thats included with a season pass shouldn't be allowed. everyone has bought the SP at the same time so they should get the content at the same time. If it was sold and bought as and when it came out - fair enough, but not in the SP.
