The next Call of Duty is set in space - rumour

The next Call of Duty will be set in space, according to industry insider Shinobi, backed up by Eurogamer.

This latest game in the series is being developed by Infinity Ward and is not a direct sequel of Call of Duty: Ghosts. Instead it'll apparently be set in the far future and feature space battles, amongst other futuristic content.

Call of Duty is expected to launch this November for PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. It's expected that we'll also see Titanfall 2 and Battlefield 5 around this time too.

What do you think of the idea of a Call of Duty set in space?

Not bought one since Ghosts as the futuristic element doesn't interest me at all with COD. BLOPS and MW2 were the best in the series for me, multiplayer and the campaigns from those 2 were spot on for a COD game. Hope the rumor is true about Battlefield 5 being set in WW1. Will defo pick that up and not this.
