Final Fantasy 15 will release on September 30

Square has revealed that Final Fantasy 15 will release on September 30, while a new demo will also launch today as expected.

Here's a video of the demo.

In addition, a few other initiatives were revealed such as a new animated feature known as Kingsglaive: Final Fantasy XV, which "weaves together the complexities of kingdoms at war, royal relationships and epic battles in a tale that will set the stage for the main Final Fantasy XV narrative."

Brotherhood Final Fantasy XV is a new anime series that consists of five standalone episodes that delve into the friendships between crown prince Noctis and his three comrades.

More importantly, The Final Fantasy XV Collector’s Editions were also announced:

? Available exclusively from the Square Enix Online Store, the Ultimate Edition includes all Deluxe Edition content plus an additional exclusive two-disc steelbook containing the official Blu-ray soundtrack (featuring music from Final Fantasy XV, Kingsglaive and BROTHERHOOD) and the BROTHERHOOD Blu-ray (containing an exclusive sixth episode) as well as a 192 page hard-cover artbook. Also includes a limited edition variant Noctis PLAY ARTS -KAI- action figure.

pre-ordered the SE version on their site - 190 quid is a lot but the figure looks cool!

@Turniplord : You were lucky then. I tried but a glitch on the site meant that there was a picture of the game box covering the bottom 8 countries and there was no way to select my country from the list as a result. I kept checking back and by the time I was able to select it they were sold out! If shopto are going to have the deluxe edition in then I'll order that instead I guess as I would like the added Blu-Ray film. Any news on that Joe?
