Exciting Tomb Raider news and more teased by Square

Square Enix has teased some "exciting Tomb Raider news in it's "Road to E3" blog.

Writing in the first part of it's web series, the publisher revealed that it'll be showing off games such as "Deus Ex: Mankind Divided, Hitman, Just Cause 3, Star Ocean: Integrity and Faithlessness, and I Am Setsuna," but perhaps more interestingly revealed that part two of its Road To E3 blog, which will feature some exciting Tomb Raider news and details on a few new games that our team has been hard at work on."

"We'll be debriefing you on not only the latest news, but also providing a more in-depth look into our games throughout the entirety of E3," continued the post. "Expect to see content like developer interviews and exclusive live game demos. Suffice to say we'll have some exciting guests from our Square Enix family throughout the conference. Some old and some new, but all will have really entertaining content to share with the fans."

So what do you think this news will be? It seems likely that we'll get a date at last for the PS4 release of Rise of the Tomb Raider.

the news will probably be that the PS4 version is the GOTY one with all the DLC included or something

Yeah I agree. Though I think they need to do something pretty special to win over PS4 fans.

I dont agree actually , most ps4 users said clearly they were happy waiting for ROTTR as a definitive edition would be expected anyway, its tomb raider , come on they dont really need to win over anyone , thanks xbox for ironing out all the bugs and testing the dlc out , ill take it all in one package on my ps4 hehe

I only think they will bundle all the DLC and sell it at about 25-30 quid. That will be their PS4 version - I'll be happy with that. Played a bit of it on the PC, but rather complete it on the PS4. I think next time though, they wont partner with Xbox, i'm sure the delayed PC and PS4 release really hit the expected sales. At least they waited until after uncharted had come out and didn't try and release it at the same time!

I doubt it will be released at 25-30 with DLC. It will either be released for around £30 with no DLC, or be about £40 with DLC at best. They will want to get some money. When Watch Dogs released on Wii U is was full price, and then the other versions increased in price too, from their dropped down price, but it did not stay full price for long.

It could have enhanced graphics and even a neo mode.
