Uncharted 4 sells over 2.7 million copies in its first week on sale

Sony has announced that Uncharted 4: A Thief's End sold 2.7 million copies worldwide in its first week on sale.

This figure includes both retail and digital sales and sees the game become the fastest selling PS4 title to date.

"It’s hard to believe that it’s been nearly two weeks since we officially released Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End on PS4. It’s one of the most beautifully crafted games I’ve ever played, and the great reception we’ve seen from the community has been amazing and humbling. Naughty Dog’s exceptionally talented team has created magic once again, carefully constructing an adrenaline-pumping, thrilling, and beautifully written culmination to Nathan Drake’s adventures. They truly outdid themselves," says Sony.

"Millions of fans around the world have already joined Nathan Drake on his final treasure hunt. In the first week alone, I’m happy to report that Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End exceeded 2.7 million units in global sales. For the PAL region, Uncharted 4 is the fastest-selling PS4 first party title to-date."

These are some pretty impressive sales for what is one of our favourite games of all time.

Its a decent game in my opinion and good value for money but theres a lot of repetitiion climbing the same sort of walls and ledges what feels like multiple hours through the game, its good but IMO its not a 10 like many give it, its a bit lacking in all out action and a bit over the top in climbing and a few chapters well maybe two are just plain boring. Doubt id do it again but overall its enjoyable just not a 10 for me probably a 8.5 or maybe a 9
