PS4 Firmware 3.55 released

Sony has released a new firmware update for all PS4 users.

PlayStation 4 firmware update 3.55 seems to be a minor one, with the patch notes saying, “This system software update improves the quality of the system performance.”

It weighs around 300 MB in size.

Nothing too exciting then.

was hoping this would let us delete Beta and demos form the tiles - they are clogging up my list of games!

Yeah space - when you go to the 'library' option it has everything in there that is downloaded, installed and that you can download - So seeing as i've used a few demos and quite a lot of Betas, they all appear as if I can download them again - even though the Beta has ended - there is no option to physically remove or hide these yet and its really annoying. Its the main thing I want them to implement asap.
