Fallout 4's Vault-Tec has some new quests

Fallout 4 players will be able to create their very own Vault when the Vault-Tec Workshop DLC arrives next week. In addition, it'll also come with quests.

If you're above level 20 you'll hear a distress beacon which alerts you to an emergency at Vault 88. You'll then take care of some raiders and meet the Ghostly Overseer who has been waiting 200 years for the vault to be complete, after it got bombed before being fully constructed.

You're job will be interview potential new settlers and hunt for subjects for your experiments. You don't need to complete the quests given by the Overseer, you can just kill her or tell her to go away instead, that's up to you.

The reason why you only hear the beacon if you're level 20 or above is because the space in which it takes place is minimum level 35. So, you can stumble into it below level 20, but it'll be rock hard. You'll probably die, Bethesda warned.

You'll be able to use the vault to create Barber and Surgeon chairs, make atriums, bridges, doors, hallways, rooms, stairs and more. There will also be New decor, furniture, statues, and the Vault’s very own Barber and Surgeon chairs too.

Fallout 4’s Vault-Tec Workshop will cost you $4.99/£3.99 if you do not own the Season Pass and releases on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One Tuesday, July 26.
