Sony applies for new Dualshock and PlayStation Move controller certifications

Sony has applied for the certification of both new DualShock 4 and PlayStation Move controllers with the Indonesian certification agency.

News of this application was found by Beyond3D forum member orangpelupa, showing applications for both a PlayStation Move controller (CECH-ZCM1G) and the new DualShock 4 controller (CUH-ZCT2G), the latter of which we have already seen the physical version of, thanks to the recently leaked PlayStation Slim.

All we know about the new DualShock 4 controller so far is that it features a front-facing lightbar. It's hard to know the reason for this, although it seems like it's just a design tweak rather than anything else. As for the PlayStation Move controllers, these have no doubt been redesigned with PlayStation VR in mind.

All we need to do now is wait until next month at the PlayStation Meeting, so that we can find out more.

Are you looking forward to the reveal of PS4 Slim, PS4K and these new hardware additions?
