I hope this is out in English soon - even just English text so I can buy it from Japan! The demo looked really good on the new PS4 engine. I still need to go back and finish the plat on Yakuza 5! Spent over 200 hours in it so far

@turnip - I downloaded the 5th one from Ps plus last month and I thought of you and the amount of hours you've sunk into it... over 200 ? you certainly got your money worth there. Still not installed it yet.

yeah, I got it for about 20 quid from Canada when it came out, first one I've played properly (I have 3, 4, zombies and 5). There is just so much to do - there are 4 story lines which all come together to make a 5th story line. Within those they have about 30 side missions each which are vast. a training story line each to learn new skills. Loads of mini games like a fully playable Virtua fighter in the arcades and those pochinko machines. Then there is fishing, fighting, eating every meal in the game at all 40+ restaurants, the main story obv and loads of other bits.

the first story you have like a crazy taxi story picking up and dropping off - and then street races with a rival gang. Second you are a prisoner who escaped and become a hunter and you go out hunting bears and deers before going to the city to help with a gang beating up people dressed as Santa (based at christmas). Third story you play a little girl who is becoming a Jap Princess (like x factor) so its full of dancing rock-band style QTE games. Forth you are a ex-baseball player who is not a journalist writing for 'adult' places, but you become part of a bigger plan involving someone special to you that you don't recognise for a while. Then the final, you are all together and going after the main Yakuza for what they have done in all of your branching stories
