Titanfall 2 is not part of EA Access or Origin Access

Respawn has confirmed that Titanfall 2 will not be part of EA Access or Origin Access, meaning that subscribers to these services will not get early access, a digital discount or see the game in the vault, well this year at least.

The developer did say that it is possible that the game will be added to the vault in the future, but for now it's not happening.

Looking in the small print on the EA Access page also confirms that Titanfall 2 will be excluded from the service.

It is probably because of Respawn, who are not allowing it, and maybe wanting it fair for PS4 owners. Most other EA games are solely to do with EA. eg Ghost does Need for Speed, who are owned by EA. All sports games are done by EA sports and owned by EA etc Battlefront should be in vault soon as done by EA DICE, but probably will be after all season pass content released.
