How to Make Yourself as Popular as a Fart in a Diving Suit…

I know I’m not going to be popular in what i’m about to do, but I know for a fact I am going to be heavily pre-emptive, so if you’ll follow my line of thinking you might just agree with my peculiar position. Literally.

I’m going to talk about the post holiday purge that everyone talk about, you know, the one that starts with a conversation including the phrase ‘ooh, had one too many mince pies, have you?’ and ends with an expensive gym membership, new running shoes, comprehensive course of colonic irrigation and life coaching up the wazoo (as if the colonic irrigation wasn’t enough) signed for on January the first and then never thought about until you go through the same tedious, expensive rigmarole the following year.

Stop. Read. Think.

Wouldn’t it be easier to have a riposte at that first conversational stumbling block, something along the lines of ‘yes, but you are ugly and at least Ican work out… using this handy and reasonably priced piece of yoga and pilates software – say hello to my Wii friend!’

Yes, prevention is worth a ton of cure, and clever beats snide every time, so check out this clever, lkow impact little number from Deep Silver – fully interactive yoga and pilates boys and girls!

NewU Mind Body Yoga & Pilates Workout is the first comprehensive yoga and Pilates experience compatible with Wii Balance Board™ and Wii Motion Plus™. At least you’ve got the new year’s resolution sorted – whatever you do on new year’s eve… is still your problem. Can’t fix that. Sorry.
