Bioware have just taken to the stage at Microsoft’s E3 presser to announce that Mass Effect 3 will be Kinect compatible. The game will use the hardware’s voice recognition technology to create a more immersive experience, in which the player reads out the options in conversational parts of the game to progress the game’s story.
Kinect will also allow players to control their squad by telling them what to do in combat. For example, if you shouted ‘move up’ your squad would move up.
It looks pretty cool and definitely seems to be accurate enough. More on this soon.
