Nintendo have just unveiled a new wave of 3DS games at their E3 press conference, with a montage of short trailers. The list of what was shown is below.
- Mario Kart
- Star Fox
- Super Mario 3D
- Kid Icarus: Uprising
- Luigi’s Mansion 2
Mario Kart will feature vehicle customization, Gliding and Underwater racing and will release this winter, for 3DS.
StarFox will utilize a standard control scheme as well as a motion control alternative. It will also feature group play that will utilize the front facing camera and microphone. It will release this September.
Super Mario 3D has been created from scratch for the 3D handheld and features what appears to be a new blend of gameplay that takes different aspects from previous Mario games. It will launch before the year’s end.
Kid Icarus: Uprising will feature a brand new three-on-three multiplayer mode, as well as an augmented reality feature that uses AR cards for battles. It will also release later this year.
Luigi’s Mansion 2 will feature several new mansions, and isn’t just a ‘simple revision’ of the first. It looks great
