Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
Welcome to the Affiliate Program ("Program"). By participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("T&Cs"). The Program allows you, following a successful referral via a unique referral link, to earn a lifetime bonus of 2% store credit on purchases made by friends you refer to us.
2. Eligibility
2.1. To participate, you must have completed at least one order and not be marked as a trader in our systems, as per our existing T&Cs.
2.2. The Program is open to individuals worldwide, subject to compliance with these T&Cs.
3. Referral Tracking
3.1. Participants will receive a unique referral link accessible via their customer account and on product pages once they make at least one purchase on the website.
3.2. Referrals are tracked from the moment the referred individual's account is first linked through the unique referral link and makes a qualifying purchase. Store credit is then awarded to the referrer's account based on these transactions.
3.3. Transactions made by traders or individuals within the same household as the referrer will not qualify for credit.
4. Store Credit
4.1. Store credit is awarded as points, redeemable against any purchase on ShopTo.Net.
4.2. Credits have no expiration date and can accumulate indefinitely.
5. Program Termination
5.1. Participation in the Program may be terminated if a participant is found to be a trader, as defined by our existing T&Cs.
6. Modifications to T&Cs
6.1. We reserve the right to modify these T&Cs at any time without prior notification. Participants are responsible for reviewing these T&Cs periodically for any changes.
7. Dispute Resolution
7.1. Any disputes related to the Program should be submitted via the helpdesk in the participant’s customer account. We will address disputes in a timely and fair manner.
8. General Conditions
8.1. The Program cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
8.2. Participants have no authority to act as a representative or agent of ShopTo.Net.
8.3. We reserve the right to disqualify any participant from the Program if they breach these T&Cs.
8.4. These T&Cs constitute the entire agreement between participants and us regarding the Program.
