Membership


As a way to thank our loyal ShopTo customers, we are proud to offer a unique membership scheme! This provides every user with a range of benefits and savings against the majority of items listed on our website. Customers will automatically start at Bronze and work their way up through to Silver and Gold based on the amount of money spent over a 365-day period.
 

Membership Levels

 
  • Gold: Customers who spend a minimum of £250 or more on products in 365 days.
  • Silver: Customers who spend a minimum of £100 and less than £250 on products in 365 days.
  • Bronze: Customers who spend less than £100 on products in 365 days.
  • Trader: Customers who purchase 3 or more units of the same product. In the case of consoles, it's for 2 or more consoles of the same format, e.g. PS5, Xbox, etc. (which includes, but is not limited to, per postcode, per email and/or per payment method)

Membership level will not affect when your pre-orders are processed. All pre-orders will continue to be processed in the order that they were placed and our Release Date or Compensate scheme applies equally to all levels.

 

Gold Membership

Gold customers receive the very best discounts and benefits available. Any customer who spends over the value of £250 within a 365-day period will receive Gold Membership status. Points will no longer be issued on the purchase of an item. Gold members instead receive and discount of 2% off the site price immediately at checkout. These discounts are not available to Silver or Bronze members.

In order to maintain your Gold Membership, you will need to spend a minimum of £250 over a 365-day (1-year) period or your account will revert back to Silver / Bronze depending on spending. You can keep track of your purchase levels & total spending in your ShopTo account.

Gold Membership Benefits:
 
  • Lost Parcel Priority: In the unfortunate event of your item not arriving, we are able to replace, credit, and/or refund after only 7 working days instead of the standard 15 days.
  • Exclusive Offers: Exclusive offers on titles and DLC content
  • Early Access: Early Access to Sales & promotions: Get the heads up & take advantage before anyone else on future sales or special promotions we will be running.
  • Delivery Emergencies: In the event of a Royal Mail strike we will upgrade delivery of your purchase to a courier company free of charge to ensure you receive your item without delay.
 

Silver Membership

Silver customers will receive great benefits & qualify for discounts at checkout. Any customer who spends a minimum of £100 and less than £250 over a 365-day period will receive Silver Membership status. Points will no longer be issued on the purchase of an item. Silver members instead receive an exclusive discount of 1% off the site price immediately at checkout. These discounts are not available to Bronze members.

Silver Membership Benefits:

Bronze Membership

When making a purchase of an eligible item on your ShopTo account you instantly receive 4 points for every £1 spent. The value of 100 points will equate to 25p for use at checkout prior to your next purchase.

You can view your points balance at any time when logged into your ShopTo account. If you click your name at the top right of the website, your available points balance will be displayed right away. You can keep track of your purchase levels & total spend in your ShopTo account.

 

Trader

This level is automatically applied to any account that purchases 3 or more of the same item.

We will be reviewing all memberships throughout the year and your membership status may revert back to Silver / Bronze depending on your spending behaviour.

The trader will not receive any discount off the site price.

Some items are restricted for end users only, which if ordered by the trader will be cancelled.

Continuous attempt to order or create multiple accounts to bypass the limit will
lead to the account being blocked.
 

Terms and Conditions

  • Only shipped/delivered goods will count towards the membership calculation. 
  • The ShopTo membership scheme is free. The users are automatically enrolled upon registration. Bronze customers earn 10 points for every £1 spent on www.shopto.net. Points are credited instantly after purchase and can be redeemed in exchange for money of any future purchase during check-out.
  • Points cannot be redeemed once check-out has been completed.
  • All Bronze points must be redeemed before upgrading to Silver membership. If these are not used, these will be lost.
  • For pre-orders bronze member points will be credited upon dispatch of your item. Where points earned do not equal a round number, they will be rounded up. You can view your points balance and a record of points spent and earned at any time in your ShopTo.Net account. Points can only be used for a discount on the website and cannot be paid out in cash redemption value. Points cannot be transferred between accounts.
  • If a Lost Parcel Claim Form is submitted for a refund or an item returned for a refund any points earned will be reversed. If you have already spent these points we will deduct them from the next points you earn.
  • The value of any returned items which are refunded will be deducted from your total spend.
  • Customer membership levels are at the discretion of ShopTo and purchase quantities / spend required for Gold and Silver membership are subject to change at any time. Trader status is at our discretion and our decision on this is final. ShopTo reserves the right to remove points from customer accounts in the event of abuse being identified or suspected.
  • Points earned are valid for 12 months from the day on which they are credited to your ShopTo account. Any points not used after 12 months from the issue will be removed from your points balance.
  • If the minimum spend is not met to maintain Silver / Gold membership over a 365 day period, membership will be downgraded accordingly.
  • Carriage costs do not count towards your minimum spend within a 365 day period for Bronze / Silver / Gold membership
  • Bronze points cannot be earned on carriage costs.
  • Silver/Gold customers are not entitled to use bonus points obtained via Bronze membership.
  • A minimum order total of £3.00 is required in your basket to redeem membership points.
  • The ShopTo membership scheme is subject to change or withdrawal without notice.
  • The Gold and Silver prices are applied to the list price of a product. If that product is already discounted, you won't receive any additional discount.
  • Any pre-orders you already have stored prior to membership upgrade will remain at the same price initially. Once you have logged in, these will then be automatically updated to your new membership discount band within 7 days.
