What could be one of the biggest games of the year, Anthem, has a VIP Beta that kicks of later this week! This Beta will be available this Friday, January 25th from 5pm UK time until January 28th at 2am UK time, for gamers who have pre ordered Anthem or have an active Origin/EA Access subscription. We don’t really know exactly what will be available to play but BioWare have said that there will be a fair amount to get stuck into and we will be placed roughly within the midpoint of the games story in order to keep the launch content feeling fresh. Players will be able to reach level 15 and explore as much as you like. I’m a fan of this approach as it allows hardcore fans to play as much as the can during the Beta phase as opposed to only including a fraction of the games full content. There will be an open Beta starting February 1st and any progress made this weekend will carry over but not however to launch. check out the most recent trailer below.
