ShopTo collect & replace policy


Here at ShopTo we offer a collect and replace option for any consoles you purchased from us that goes faulty within the first 12 months of purchase as part of the warranty.
We will endeavour to troubleshoot the problem and also speak with the manufacturer to resolve the issues; but if both these options fail, we will refund or replace your item for you.

 

When can my large and/or expensive item be collected?


We offer collections via courier Monday-Friday (excluding bank holidays) from your home address, a friend or family members address or a nominated workplace. We are unable to specify an exact time on the day, however collection will take place between 9am-5pm on a chosen day. Please contact customer support to arrange this. Please note, we are unable to offer collection from a pick-up point or collection point.
