Physical versions
Owners of Crash Bandicoot 4: It's About Time for Xbox One on disc will have the option to use the game disc to download or play the game on Xbox Series X at no cost. Smart Delivery will ensure the appropriate version is downloaded. An internet connection is required to upgrade the game.

To download or play the game on Xbox Series X, insert your Crash Bandicoot 4: It's About Time game disc into your Xbox Series X and launch the game. You will need to keep your disc in your Xbox Series X every time you wish to play.
